What You’ll Do:
- Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing in Cincinnati-area neighborhoods
- Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on storm damage and solutions
- Assist customers through the insurance claim process professionally
- Attend adjuster appointments and install days
- Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
- Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads
